Delete your account
HAUS GROUP LLC · App: HausVPN (com.hausgroup.vpn)
Deleting your HausVPN account is permanent. It cannot be undone, and an active subscription is not
automatically refunded — cancel it in Google Play first if you don't want to be billed again.
From inside the app
- Open HausVPN
- Go to Settings
- Tap Delete my account
- Confirm when prompted
Your account and every device key attached to it are removed immediately.
By email
If you can no longer sign in, email support@hausvpn.com from the address
on the account with the subject "Delete my account". We complete verified requests within 30 days.
What is deleted

- Saved server favourites and app preferences
- Any crash reports linked to the account

- Billing and tax records for the transaction only, where law requires it (typically 7 years). These contain an
amount, a date and an order ID — no activity data.

What was never held
There is no browsing history, DNS log, connection log or traffic record to delete, because HausVPN never collects
any. See the privacy policy.
Cancelling your subscription
Subscriptions are billed by Google Play, not by us. Cancel at
play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
Deleting your account does not cancel billing on its own.
